We have a 12-month opportunity for a Senior Advisor in our Internal Communications team who is a specialist in change communications.

The Opportunity | Ara Whiwhi Mahi
The Senior Change Communications Specialistrole develops and delivers change communications plans and products, provides strategic advice and supports leaders in IR to effectively communicate within their business groups and across IR. As well as change communications, you will also contribute to other IR communications objectives as required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Significant experience delivering communication for organisational change programmes, transformation initiatives or large projects.

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.

Experience developing and implementing communication strategies and plans.
-
The ability to influence senior leaders and project stakeholders.
-
Strong judgement, political awareness and problem-solving skills.
-
Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
