OFFSHORE MARINE COORDINATOR

• Conduct vessel condition/suitability and pre-vetting surveys and ensure compliance with client/ADNOC requirements.
• Follow up vessel preparations, close-out observations, and conduct on-hire spot checks.
• Investigate marine incidents/accidents and monitor corrective actions.
• Review marine personnel competency certificates/COCs and vessel class/statutory certificates.
• Review subcontractors’ Marine Management Systems for safe and environmentally compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in similar roles/industries, preferably with ADNOC Abu Dhabi.
• Valid Master Mariner Class 1 – Unlimited
• Valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency (COC).
• Limited Master’s License may be considered for candidates with extensive ADNOC field and project vessel experience.
• Strong knowledge of STCW, ISM, IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, flag-state and client requirements.
