Product Growth Manager

About the role

This role owns and optimizes the app's internal growth loops, focusing on creator activation, viral sharing, and high-velocity experimentation. The person in this role will work alongside a small, bureaucracy-free team where every decision has direct impact on the product.

Responsibilities

• Own creator-side growth loops and viral loops with measurable impact on k-factor
• Identify and fix leaks in creator funnels through experiments with clear decision rules
• Run high-velocity A/B testing and experimentation to drive creator activation and retention
• Work with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) and SQL to analyze user behavior and measure experiment impact
• Use experimentation platforms (Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar) to ship and measure growth experiments
• Collaborate with recommendation or ranking teams to improve discovery and engagement
• Build products for a teen-skewing demographic in a consumer social or UGC context

Requirements

• Product growth experience at a consumer social or UGC app that scaled past 10M MAU
• Joined a company during its growth phase (before crossing 10M MAU) and stayed through the climb
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar) and SQL
• Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or similar)
• Proven track record of building creator-side loops and shipping viral loops with measurable k-factor impact
• Background in product growth, not strictly in marketing, paid acquisition, or data engineering
• Able to relocate to London for full-time in-office work by October 2026
• Not from a consultant or agency background; not seeking enterprise or B2B-only roles
