Responsibilities as an relationship manager to recruit Every month 3 Agents 2 POSP and 1 IRDA or 2 IRDA 1 POSP agent .
Activate all recruited agent month on month and achieve monthly budget of 20 Lac Premium.
Health, Motor and Non motor product mix is requirement.
In first 3-month recruitment will be the focus area to build Agent team and achieve monthly budget,
