Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Support the team in applying Agile principles, practices, and delivery standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor sprint progress, delivery commitments, risks, dependencies, and impediments, and drive timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment.
• Promote continuous improvement through team retrospectives, process optimization, and effective collaboration.
• Prepare and communicate project status, delivery metrics, risks, issues, and milestones to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum Master, Project Management, or software development environments.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum principles, ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and coordinating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks, dependencies, impediments, scope changes, and delivery issues.
• Strong communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification is an advantage.
