About The Role
Your role, your impact
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll partner closely with the Oracle Cloud Project Manager to support the day-to-day delivery of integrated Oracle Fusion Cloud programs. You’ll coordinate project governance, schedules, meetings, documentation, resources, dependencies, testing readiness, environment activities, and executive reporting across functional and technical workstreams. This is a delivery-focused coordination role where you’ll proactively identify gaps, follow up on commitments, and provide the Project Manager with the information needed to effectively manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and client readiness.
Your day-to-day
Project governance and methodology compliance

Maintain required project governance artifacts, track stage gate requirements, required deliverables, approvals, signoffs, and supporting evidence throughout the project lifecycle;

Support project health reviews, compliance assessments, and PMO reporting by validating that required documentation is complete, current, and accessible.
Project planning and schedule coordination

Support the Project Manager in developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, and collect status updates from workstream leads to validate progress across project activities;

Identify overdue tasks, upcoming milestones, schedule conflicts, and dependencies requiring Project Manager attention.
Meeting, communication, and action management

Coordinate recurring and ad hoc project meetings, maintain action item and decision logs, and follow up with owners until actions are completed or escalated.
RAID and cross-workstream dependency management

Maintain the project RAID log, monitor aging and overdue items, and escalate unresolved blockers or potential schedule impacts to the Project Manager;

Support cross-pillar coordination sessions and document commitments required to maintain project momentum.
Resource and team coordination

Coordinate project onboarding and offboarding activities, system access, project orientation, and repository access for Alithya, client, and partner resources;

Identify resource conflicts, coverage gaps, or competing assignments, and support resource tracking activities required for forecasting and reporting.
Financial, scope, and change control support

Support the Project Manager with project financial reporting;

Maintain change request documentation and assist with financial reviews, steering committee reporting, and project forecasting activities.
Keys to your success
-
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience;

1+ year of experience in project coordination, PMO operations, project administration, or a comparable support role;

Experience supporting technology, ERP, cloud, consulting, or business transformation projects;

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, as well as working knowledge of Microsoft Project or comparable scheduling tools;

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, adapt to, and effectively utilize new technologies, AI-enabled solutions, project delivery tools, and client-specific platforms;

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise project communications and collaborate effectively with distributed teams across organizations and time zones.
Extra edge
-
CAPM, PMP, Scrum, Microsoft, Oracle, or other relevant project delivery or technology certification;
-
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation lifecycle activities across ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, or technical workstreams;
-
Experience with project governance, stage gates, RAID management, testing coordination, data conversion, integrations, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activities;
-
Experience supporting client-facing consulting engagements, enterprise implementations, or multi-pillar programs.
