Senior Manager

The Senior Manager lead the Product Development Team in executing and delivering highly complex healthcare projects for the US market. This role involves strategic oversight, resource management, and ensuring that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. The Senior Manager also drive innovation, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership
The Senior Manager oversee project timelines, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. They coordinate with crossfunctional teams, handle project documentation, and support highlevel decisionmaking processes. Additionally, they monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators to senior management, and mentor junior team members, assistant managers, and managers.
Bachelor�s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master�s degree or relevant certifications in project management or healthcare administration is preferred 10 - 15 years
