• Lead on-site anomaly analysis and follow up on improvements
• Conduct CPK analysis, TPI applications, and WE improvements
• Optimize process SOPs and implement error-proofing for human error points
• Draft the basic framework for PFMEA and Control Plan
• Assist in fixture development, validation, and report writing
