General Helper (Production Team Member)
As a General Helper, you will play a vital role in supporting machine operators and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This position offers hands-on training, continuous learning opportunities, and a clear pathway to develop the skills needed to become a qualified Machine Operator.
In this role, you will be expected to:

• Assist with machine operations and production activities.
• Learn and follow work orders, machine instructions, and operating procedures.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and support a safe, organized work environment.
• Complete housekeeping tasks to promote workplace safety and efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and help reduce material waste.
• Contribute to achieving departmental and company production goals.
• Adhere to all safety policies and operational requirements.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, flexibility to work 8 to 12-hour shifts, and a commitment to safety and quality. This is an active, hands-on position that requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow.
