R&D Technician I

Assist R&D and TSD in determining application properties of new product technologies.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Must be physically able to raise or lower an object from one level to another (includes upward pulling) 25-50 lbs
• Strong team work ethic

• Ensures a proactive approach to the implementation of all HS&E requirements
• Preparation of fire and protective coatings test samples for both in house and off site fire testing.
• Supply of high-quality customer samples and demonstration specimens
• Experience with intumescent and protective coatings, specifically airless spray application, is highly desirable
• Experience of working in a laboratory environment highly desirable
• Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
• Driving Licence
