<p><strong>Team Description </strong></p>

<li>Coupang Workday HRIS Team is a global team which has team member in Korea, China. The team is responsible for Coupang Global Workday system operation. We use our professional Workday system technical ability to work with global HR teams on Workday system solution upgrade. The work process stages including requirement analysis, system solution design, system solution implementation, testing, change live, post go-live supporting, administration, etc. The scope of Workday HR function modules includes Core HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Talent & Performance, Absence, Security, Report, etc. The scope of countries and regions of operation includes Korea, China (include Hongkong and Taiwan), US, Japan, Singapore, India etc. Total more than 30000 workers.</li>

<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p>

<li>Provide Workday support and resolve user issues.</li>
<li>Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.</li>
<li>Design scalable and user-friendly Workday solutions.</li>
<li>Implement system changes, testing, and production migrations.</li>
<li>Partner with HR and stakeholders to improve processes and operations.</li>

<p><br><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least bachelor's degree. Fluent English Communication is required.</li>
<li>8+ years of Workday functional consulting experience or in-house HRIS background.</li>
<li>Strong Workday HCM and Absence knowledge, other modules will be a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with Workday configuration, security, report, and EIBs.</li>
<li>Good understanding of core HR processes.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management abilities.</li>
<li>Experience leading global Workday implementations.</li>
<li>Ability to manage complex projects, risks, and resources.</li>
<li>Strategic mindset with strong collaboration and adaptability.</li>
