CRM Manager - Senior

Overview

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior CRM Manager to join our Delivery team.

You’ll take ownership of our CRM ecosystem, driving it's adoption, optimization, and impact across multiple departments while helping scale how we use data to support business growth.

Purpose of the role

You’ll optimize CRM usage across the product teams & marketing, pre-sales, sales, operations functions to improve efficiency and decision-making, and develop reporting and data insights to support performance improvements and strategic initiatives

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM system usage across multiple teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
• -
• Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support business growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• -
• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.
• -
• Develop internal reporting capabilities, reducing reliance on external tools.
• -
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance and usability.
• -
• Support and guide different CRM streams, acting as the main point of contact for users.

Required Experience

• -
• Analytical mindset & ability to translate insights into actions.
• -
• Business processes review & processes improvements experience.
• -
• Hubspot "hands on" work experience: 2+ years (setup, automations, users support, system usage optimizations).
• -
• Tech knowledge & pipelines, objects data health, configurations experience.
• -
• Reports & dashboards creation (SQL knowledge, etc) experience.

• CRM systems development experience in Hubspot.

• Pipedrive work experience.

• Work in CRM Vendor company.

• People management experience.

• Experience in the iGaming industry.
