Student Assistant

• Average Number of Hours per week: 10-15 hours per week in office.
• Schedule: Flexible hours around student's class schedule. Must have availability during the weekly Bull Market event on Wednesdays from 9am – 2pm.

Duties

• Marketing services to students at various in-person and virtual campus events.
• Developing and tracking social media campaigns to promote the ofice.
• Referring students to other campus departments as appropriate.
• Greet and engage visitors to the office
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a currently enrolled USF Student.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Publisher).
• Experience using design software like CANVA.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer service experience
