Please add this JD: Skillset: o Strong knowledge in all areas of Microsoft Dynamics CRM o Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales - strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, account management, contact management, and policy sales lifecycle o Working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, and JavaScript for custom development o Experience with PowerApps (Canvas), PCF, Power Automate o Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and cloud technologies o Experience with AI powered sales capabilities within the platform, including copilot, AI Agents, lead qualification, sales automation, and conversational AI (good to have)
