Reporting to the UK Head of Marketing, you’ll lead cross‑functional squads, partner with franchisees and global teams, and blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Own and execute a national marketing strategy that drives restaurant footfall and strengthens brand perception.
- Lead end‑to‑end national campaigns—from concept through production to rollout—across above‑ and below‑the‑line channels.
- Manage creative agency partners, overseeing briefs, production, post‑production, timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with commercial finance, restaurant operations and food innovation teams to align brand strategy with business goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with franchise partners to ensure seamless implementation of brand initiatives.
- Identify and activate revenue‑growth opportunities through core activations, limited‑time offers and value plays.
- Leverage best practices and learnings from Taco Bell’s global markets to inform local initiatives.

- Proven track record of leading brand‑building and commercial performance marketing initiatives.
- Strong leadership and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners and external agencies.
- Experience developing and executing multi‑market marketing calendars and launching new products.
- Hands‑on expertise in managing the full creative process, including brief writing, production oversight and budget management.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Big‑picture thinker who can turn strategic concepts into tangible actions.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, start‑up‑like environment.
- Consulting or strategy experience creating business cases and proposals for franchise partners.
