Senior Relationship Manager

What’s the role?

You'll be at the heart of our Commercial Banking team, building meaningful relationships with medium to large commercial clients across Victoria, Australia. Based in Mulgrave, VIC. This is a permanent full-time role where you'll partner with businesses to understand their goals, provide tailored banking solutions and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You'll spend time connecting with customers, industry professionals and referral partners, growing Westpac's presence in the market and identifying new opportunities. With no set portfolio, you'll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships from the ground up while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

What do I need?

• Strong commercial lending capability and experience managing complex customer needs
• Experience in corporate and commercial lending environments
• Strong credit analysis and risk assessment skills
• Confidence structuring complex lending solutions
• A proven ability to build networks and develop new business opportunities
