Join Ali & Sons as a Sales Administrator and play an important role in supporting the Sales Team through accurate reporting, vehicle coordination, and timely communication of specifications and pricing information.

Role Purpose

The Sales Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all required vehicle and sales data is accurately reported to SMME within the required timelines, while providing essential administrative and information support to the Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the SMME vehicle reporting system in accordance with SMME and Ali & Sons requirements.
• Provide the Sales Team with accurate and timely vehicle specifications and pricing information.
• Maintain the internal stock board and stock lists, ensuring all vehicle information is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate and administer vehicle checking at the port and ensure timely transfer of vehicles to the designated storage facility.
• Prepare and complete weekly PME reports, ensuring accurate customer information is included for the CSS program.
• Prepare and submit monthly support claims to SMME within the required deadlines.
• Ensure all assigned administrative and reporting activities are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
• Experience: General understanding of business operations, preferably gained through relevant business experience
• Languages: Fluency in English is essential
• Computer Skills: Computer literate with good knowledge of standard computer applications
• Equipment Skills: Proficient in using computers and telephone systems
• Key Attributes: Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, accuracy, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines.
