Senior AI Agent Engineer

<ul>
<li>Build agents using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or other approved frameworks, including Python-based frameworks where appropriate.</li>
<li>Build or coordinate rapid prototypes and validate them with business users.</li>
<li>Develop prompts, instructions, tool definitions, routing, and orchestration workflows.</li>
<li>Implement grounding, citation, retrieval, context management, guardrails, and human-review patterns.</li>
<li>Integrate agents with enterprise tools and APIs.</li>
<li>Create automated evaluations and optimize answer quality, latency, reliability, observability, and cost.</li>
<li>Support production troubleshooting, monitoring, feedback loops, and continuous agent improvement. </li>

<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.</li>
<li>Software development experience.</li>
<li>Experience developing generative AI, AI assistant, or agent-based applications.</li>
<li>Strong Python skills and experience integrating REST APIs and cloud services.</li>
<li>Experience deploying secure, testable enterprise applications. </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.</li>
<li>Experience with Semantic Kernel, MCP, multi-agent systems, or comparable orchestration frameworks.</li>
<li>Experience implementing RAG, evaluation pipelines, citations, and tool-use controls.</li>
<li>Azure AI Engineer or related certification. </li>
