• Achieving the Business Objectives for the Area and meet the value, volume and channel productivity metrics
• Generation of revenues through sales of CASA, Assets, TFX and Third Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance etc. through branch channel
• Leading Branch Managers, Operation Team and Mentoring of Sales Teams
• Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers
• Regulatory Compliance
