About the Role

• We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, engage, and qualify new B2B business opportunities.
• You’ll combine prospect research, outbound outreach, relationship building, and discovery to generate qualified opportunities for the closing team.

What You’ll Do

• Identify companies matching the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Build targeted prospect lists and identify key decision-makers
• Execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Conduct initial discovery and qualification conversations
• Understand prospect challenges and position relevant solutions
• Qualify and hand off opportunities to the closing team
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM
• Test messaging and outreach strategies to improve conversions

Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B business development or outbound sales experience
• Experience selling to U.S.-based businesses preferred
• Strong prospecting and account research skills
• Excellent phone, email, and LinkedIn communication
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels
• Results-driven and comfortable working against KPIs
