Qualifications

• Completion of a master’s level advanced practice nurse program. Required

Work Experience
Licenses & Certifications

• Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois, either the Adult (APRN-ANP), Adult/Gerontology Acute Care (AGACNP), or the Adult/Gerontology Primary Care (AGPCNP) specialty. Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by a national certifying body as approved by the Illinois Department of Regulation APRN Board. Required
• Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required
• Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. Required
• Hospital Only: Bi-annual CPR certification, which is required to be renewed by the recommended renewal date as stated on the card. Required
