Warehouse Coordinator

What You Can Expect

• WMS management - Process inbound and outbound warehouse orders
• Inventory control - Provide regular stock and activity reports to customers.
• Dispatching (communicating Internal / external).
• General Inbound/Outbound Support:LCL cross dock loading/unloading.Picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
• Operating forkliftsContainer loading/unloading.Loading/unloading trucks.
• Carrying out daily safety checks.
• Additional general warehouse duties as required housekeeping.
• Respond to clients promptly to enquiries regarding inventory, deliveries, and order status.
• Manage customer expectations and escalate operational issues where required.
• Assist with invoice preparation and resolution of billing queries.

What You Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in Warehousing and or Forwarding Operations
• AP accreditation preferred
• Forklift experience
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS applications (e.g. Excel)
