Standardization of HR services, service catalogues and service levels to improve quality, speed and reliability for the business.

Analysis of global HR structures to identify optimizationand efficiency opportunities.

Close collaboration with the People Technology Team to drive innovative automation, ticketing and digital HR solutions.

Translating business requirements into global HR solutions.
