About The Role

  • Track daily production, kiln performance, and cement plant KPIs.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with Process, Maintenance, Quality, Mines, and Logistics teams.
  • Monitor fuel, power, and raw material consumption trends.
  • Follow up on shutdowns, projects, CAPA, and management action points.
  • Support implementation of productivity, cost optimization, and digital initiatives.
  • Assist Unit Head in budgeting, planning, and compliance reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
