About The Role
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including entertainment pouring
- Maintain store stock levels, supplies, and cleanliness
- Serve food to bar patrons as needed
- Process cash and POS transactions accurately and issue receipts
- Complete required checklists and adhere to company policies and attendance standards
- Provide guests with information about events, promotions, and property offerings
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum of 2 years’ bartending experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn entertainment pouring techniques
- Team-oriented with ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Must maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in loud, fast-paced, and smoke-filled environments
- Capable of bending, stooping, reaching, and handling bar equipment
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple guests simultaneously
