Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The District Field Technician is a field-based leadership and technical role, responsible for traveling within the assigned district and region to support, evaluate, coach, and provide feedback to other technicians. This role is a hands-on expert, personally handling complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and major and minor repairs on a variety of customer and company-owned equipment. The technician must possess a mastery of skills across multiple domains, including shop and safety practices, EquipmentShare systems and software, and advanced technical training&lt;/p&gt;
