General Description-Role

Research, negotiate, and select the best suppliers, ensuring that the purchased products or services are of good quality, meet requirements, and are cost-effective.

Main Responsibilities

• 1.- Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, and negotiating prices, contracts, and terms to ensure the best deals.
• 2.- Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• 3.- Ensuring that purchased products or services meet quality standards while staying within budget constraints.
• 4.- Working with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• 5.- Keep up with industry trends, market conditions, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business., Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.,
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced English proficiency (90%)
