IT Support Specialist II - Shift A

General Summary

The IT Support Specialist II provides intermediate-level technical support to employees, partners, and production environments, ensuring an efficient service experience aligned with global IT standards. This role handles medium- to high-complexity technical incidents within its scope of responsibility, works autonomously to resolve advanced issues, and escalates cases that require specialized intervention. The role also contributes directly to operational stability, regulatory compliance, and business continuity in Costa Rica.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support for IT systems
• Relevant work experience resolving complex issues related to hardware, software, mobile devices, business applications and network connectivity.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Windows Active Directory, Intune and KPIs.
• English level B2 (indispensable).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
