About The Role
·The Manufacturing Process Engineer position provides technical manufacturing support for the production of MRI RF Surface Coils. The position is a role with a strong focus on process simplification, cycle time and defect reduction across multiple product lines, and furthermore must be able to work autonomously.
Key responsibilities include:
·Validation of Manufacturing Execution System routes and data collection plans
·Ensuring Regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification
·Improving product quality
·Maintaining and generating comprehensive procedures
Quality Specific Goals:
·Aware of and comply with the Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
·Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
·Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
·Knowledge and understanding of production process Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications
·Ensures the creation of accurate, complete and timely records and DHRs
Qualifications:
·BS or AS in Engineering or Technical Degree
·Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications:
·Electrical or electronics manufacturing experience
·Labview, Agilent Vee or database programming knowledge
·Strong oral and written communication skills
·Strong technical acumen
·Highly motivated, energetic, and creative
·Computer science or engineering degree / background
