&lt;p&gt;🔹 Conduct comprehensive initial case assessments, gathering clinical history, symptoms, and social supports&lt;br&gt;🔹 Perform suicide and safety risk screenings in alignment with program protocols&lt;br&gt;🔹 Present intake findings clearly to the multidisciplinary treatment team&lt;br&gt;🔹 Coordinate admissions logistics and collaborate with Behavioral Health Technicians and clinical staff&lt;br&gt;🔹 Provide patients and families with program orientation and care expectations&lt;br&gt;🔹 Support discharge planning, case management, and social determinant resource recommendations&lt;br&gt;🔹 Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record&lt;br&gt;🔹 Communicate professionally with referral sources and internal teams&lt;br&gt;🔹 Utilize trauma-informed de-escalation techniques in high-stress situations&lt;br&gt;🔹 Safely participate in physical interventions (including approved holds/restraints) when required, following MIND 24-7 safety protocols&lt;br&gt;🔹 Travel between clinic locations as needed to support patient care operations&lt;br&gt;🔹 Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations and all company compliance standards&lt;br&gt;🔹 Attend required supervision and complete ongoing clinical training&lt;/p&gt;
