【背景】当社は自動運転システムの開発にとどまらず、全国各地の公道における実証実験や商用運行など、フィールドでのオペレーションを急速に拡大しています。自動運転の安全は、システムの設計・開発段階の安全性だけでは完結せず、実際の運行現場（フィールド）や実験の場面において、リスクを分析し、それを低減するプロセスを設計・運用し続けることによって初めて成立します。本ポジションは、自動運転の安全のうち「オペレーションの安全（フィールド安全・実験安全）」を担う中核として、安全分析、プロセス設計、およびその運用をリードしていただくエンジニアの募集です。【仕事内容】- 公道実証実験・商用運行に対する運行前の安全分析（ODDの分析、走行環境・運行計画に対するリスクアセスメント、ユースケース/シナリオベースのハザード分析等）をもとに、必要な運用リスク低減策の策定と実施をリードしていただきます。- 実験安全に関するプロセス（実験計画の安全審査、変更時の再評価、走行開始・中断・再開の判断基準等）を設計し、社内標準として整備・運用していただきます。- フィールドオペレーションの安全要件（セーフティオペレータの訓練・力量要件、運行マニュアル、緊急時対応手順等）を定義し、オペレーションチームと協働して現場に実装していただきます。- 運行中に発生したインシデント・ヒヤリハットの調査・分析（原因分析、是正処置・予防処置の立案とトラッキング）をリードしていただきます。- フィールドから得られた知見を開発チームへフィードバックし、システム安全要求や運用制限（ODD制約等）の改訂につなげていただきます。- 安全管理システム（SMS）の運用の一翼として、自治体・警察・規制当局・顧客等の社外ステークホルダーへの安全に関する技術的な説明・調整に従事していただきます。- 必要に応じて実証実験・運行現場への立ち会いを行っていただきます（国内出張あり）。【チャレンジ・やりがい】- 自動運転という前例の少ない領域で、「机上の安全」ではなく「現場で機能する安全」を自らの分析とプロセス設計によって形にできるポジションです。- 実験安全・フィールド安全のプロセスを一から設計し、会社のオペレーション拡大の土台を作る経験ができます。- 開発・オペレーション・社外ステークホルダーの結節点として、自動運転の社会実装の最前線に立つことができます。At TIER IV, we build self-driving solutions for many operational domains covering a broad range of applications. Beyond developing autonomous driving systems, we are rapidly expanding our field operations — public-road pilots and commercial deployments — across Japan. The safety of autonomous driving is not achieved by design-time engineering alone: it requires continuous safety analysis of real-world operations, and the design and operation of the processes that mitigate operational <risks.As> an Operations Safety Engineer, you will be the core owner of operational safety (field safety and experiment safety), leading safety analysis, process design, and day-to-day safety operations.Key responsibilities:- Lead pre-deployment safety analysis for public-road pilots and commercial operations (ODD analysis, risk assessment of driving environments and operation plans, scenario/use-case based hazard analysis)- Design and institutionalize experiment safety processes (safety review of test plans, re-assessment upon changes, go/no-go and suspension/resumption criteria)- Define operational safety requirements (safety operator training and competency requirements, operation manuals, emergency response procedures) and implement them in the field together with operations teams- Lead investigation and analysis of incidents and near-misses (root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions and their tracking)- Feed field learnings back to development teams, driving updates to system safety requirements and operational limitations (e.g., ODD constraints)- As part of our Safety Management System (SMS), serve as a technical point of contact on safety topics for external stakeholders such as municipalities, police, regulators, and customers- Attend field tests and operations on site as needed (domestic travel required)【従事すべき業務の内容】雇入れ直後： 本求人に記載のある業務変更の範囲： 上記に加え、会社が指定した業務

給与
想定月収 / Estimated Monthly Salary：483,334円 ~ 1,375,000円月額基本給 / Base Monthly Salary ：357,334円 ~ 1,017,000円 （固定残業手当を除く額/excluding fixed overtime pay）固定残業手当 / Fixed Overtime Pay：時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として126,000円 ~ 358,000円を支給（45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給 / A fixed overtime allowance of ¥126,000 to ¥358,000 will be paid, regardless of whether overtime is performed. Any overtime exceeding 45 hours, as well as holiday work and late-night work, will be paid separately as additional premium wages.
