Job Overview

The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations. This position will assist with inventory management, financial planning, record-keeping, and ensuring the restaurant is properly staffed, and that guests receive excellent customer service.

• Ensure that all staff members are performing their duties in accordance with company standards
• Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with training new staff members and providing ongoing training and support to existing staff
• Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that all food is stored and prepared properly
