CONSUMER SERVICES AMBASSADOR (Customer Service / Call Center)

JOB OVERVIEW

Nuna Baby Essentials is seeking a Consumer Services Ambassador to provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, chat, text, and social media channels. This role serves as a key brand representative and is ideal for candidates with customer service or call center experience who enjoy helping customers and solving problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide prompt, professional customer service across multiple channels
• Respond to inquiries related to product use, assembly, features, parts, and recalls
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and accuracy
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems (Zendesk preferred)
• Process replacement parts and orders accurately and efficiently
• Identify upsell or cross sell opportunities when appropriate
• Meet service quality and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience
• Experience supporting customers via social media
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS

• CRM experience (Zendesk preferred)
• Comfort using phone/headsets, email, and chat tools
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency
• Ability to learn new systems quickly

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Repetitive motion (typing, hand/wrist use) required
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
