Maintenance Technician – Join Our Team!

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Do you enjoy fixing things, solving problems, and keeping a building running smoothly? We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain a warm, welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

What You'll Do

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues (faucets, toilets, drains, etc.)
Complete basic electrical repairs (light fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs)
Perform carpentry and general handyman work
Assist with painting, patching walls, and minor renovations
Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
Respond promptly to maintenance requests
Assist with snow removal
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment
Work collaboratively with other departments and outside vendors when needed

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Experience in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous maintenance experience in a healthcare, residential, hospitality, or commercial setting is a plus
Must successfully complete a pre-hire drug screening, criminal history record check and TB screening
