Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As an Assistant Pantry Cook, you’re not just assisting with the preparation of great tasting food items – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years pantry/prep cook experience within a high volume - full operation restaurant setting and quality knife skills.

5 shifts a week (including weekends and holidays) required. Hours will vary and is based on operational needs: 6:00am - 11:00pm

Previous hotel or resort experience is a plus!

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

• Assemble appealing dishes: Assist with arranging and plating dishes according to quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: Keep designated food service stations stocked and sanitary while following proper food handling, storage, and safety protocols
• Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
