Java Technical Lead(4C03912)

• Ability to demonstrate leadership Quality at the client Place.
• Work closely with various teams (Infrastructure, App development, Configuration Manager and Database) to achieve the milestone.
• Leading applications strategy and integration engagements in a service oriented organization.
• Co-ordinate with Offshore and onshore resources and manage their tasks and deliverable.
• Interact with Project Managers and other external vendors to analyze and define scope of the projects and its deliverable.
• Managing and providing oversight of all technical issues for the assigned work streams and/or Projects, performing technical reviews of all projects.
• Good experience & knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, JDBC and Application servers.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• PMP certification a huge plus.
• Spanish knowledge a huge plus
• Insurance industry experience a plus.
