Area Manager - Cork

A Quality Service Delivery Manager is required to provide support and operational oversight for selecting a growing number of Sherpa Kids Afterschool services.

Based in a number of Primary schools, our services require someone with a passion for delivering quality, dependable school-age services, with a creative and family-supportive approach to holiday care.

Requires someone who is dedicated to forming strong partnerships with their staff teams, schools, families, and with children.

Proficient in Microsoft, work, excel and PowerPoint

Previous experience in leading a team and manage staff

Passion for childcare

At least 2 written references are required.

Management: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification

• Drivers license and have access to a car each day (required)
• 9:00-17:30pm Monday to Friday
