Requirements

• Customer Service: Take phone and in-person orders in a friendly, professional manner.
• Order Entry: Accurately enter orders using the computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Food Prep: Prepare pizzas and side items to product standards.
• Inventory: Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Maintenance: Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and available to work nights and weekends.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, carry items up to 30 lbs, and work in temperature extremes (36°F to 500°F).
• Work Environment Tolerance: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, dust, and mechanical equipment.
• Mental Demands: Ability to work under stress, meet quality standards, make quick decisions, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Sensory Requirements: Must have clear vision, depth perception, and the ability to hear and speak clearly on the telephone.
