Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking an LPN Medical Team Administrator to lead day-to-day medical operations at Hickman County Jail. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll guide your team, coordinate care, and help create a healthcare environment built on safety, consistency, compassion, and respect.

QualificationsWhat You’ll Do

Oversee and coordinate daily medical operations

Serve as the clinical leader and primary point of contact for the medical team

Lead, coach, and support nursing staff
