Claimant Services Specialist II

DescriptionAs the Claimant Services Specialist, being empathetic and patient is crucial for success. The goal of the Claimant Services Specialist is to resolve all issues impeding the delivery of the claim to the law firm, collect additional information or documents from the claimant to better fit the claimant with a prospective law firm, and assist our client law firms with reaching the claimants.

Essential Functions /Duties Performed Regularly:

Audit cases for delivery to the law firm
Outbound Call Handling
Email correspondence with potential claimants for additional details needed for case verification

QualificationsEducation: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational certification required.

Work Experience: 2+ years of customer service, auditing, quality assurance, and/or related experience required.

Licenses or Certification: HIPAA certification preferred.
