<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Role Summary</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Quality Lead oversees the quality control activities for their designated area of operations. This role manages quality associates, enforcing standards to ensure only products meeting company and customer specifications are released. The Lead drives process improvements, provides coaching and training, and delivers regular performance metrics on rejection trends, rework rates, and on-time delivery. Ownership in the rework decision process, coordinate with operations on non-conformities, and support CAPA activities to sustain a robust quality system.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the primary on-floor authority in determining whether cards meet quality specifications.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure consistency in defect identification, classification, disposition, and documentation within the rework process. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee makeups in area of ownership</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee quality holds in area of ownership</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with investigation and reports on product non-conformities; participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in the development and implementation of quality control systems and procedures.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with training initiatives for employees regarding quality processes and standards.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Signing off on 1<sup>st</sup> Articles and Transfer documentation. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee records and document control processes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as production demands.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Experience/Education:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Sports Trading Card experience a plus</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Print industry experience a plus.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bi-lingual / Spanish speaking a plus</span></li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Quality Assurance Experience and Skills:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with Microsoft Office and quality management systems (QMS) software.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with conducting quality inspections and addressing quality issues.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</span></li>
</ul>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the manufacturing facility</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Regular bending, stooping, and kneeling to monitor machinery, inspect WIP, and handle materials.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Frequently reaching overhead and below shoulder level to access materials</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Compliance with all safety protocols and regulations regarding PPE usage (including safety glasses, gloves, ear protection, etc.)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and potential hazards.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Tolerance for working in conditions that may include dust, fumes, and strong odors.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts and high-pressure situations. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">While performing the duties and responsibilities of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, hear and sit.  </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This job also requires close vision at 20 inches or less.  Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 ft. or more), Color Vision (the ability to identify and distinguish colors), Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point), Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distance and spatial relationships), Ability to Adjust Focus (ability to adjust eyes to bring an object into focus).  </span></li>
