Tus tareas

• Proporcionar servicios de atención primaria al sitio y coordinar y gestionar eficazmente el programa de salud del sitio, incluyendo la gestión de lesiones y enfermedades relacionadas y no relacionadas con el trabajo
• Coordinar programas de salud preventiva y bienestar para reducir las lesiones relacionadas con el trabajo.
• Proporcionar una respuesta inicial de emergencia, reanimación y estabilización de pacientes críticamente enfermos o heridos (trauma)
• Apoyar la elaboración de políticas relacionadas con la salud y de procedimientos operativos estándar para el sitio, incluida la impartición de formación cuando sea necesario
• Gestión, mantenimiento y administración del equipo médico y los consumibles de conformidad con las normas jurídicas y médicas, incluida la auditoría del equipo y el almacenamiento, la dispensación, la administración y la eliminación segura de los medicamentos
• Evaluar los riesgos de las plantas para la salud o cualquier enfermedad relacionada con el trabajo, actuando en base a la evaluación y controlándolos mediante unas medidas preventivas adecuadas

Qué aportarás

• Cualificación pertinente en el ámbito de la salud ocupacional o la gestión de reclamaciones. Médico o enfermero cualificado
• Diplomado o licenciado en seguridad y salud laboral/Gestión de reclamaciones y lesiones, ergonomía en el lugar de trabajo, rehabilitación o disciplina relacionada
• Experiencia pertinente en OHS (seguridad y salud laboral)
• Sólida experiencia en la gestión de lesiones y rehabilitación, preferiblemente en un entorno de fabricación
• Conocimiento de los requisitos legislativos de compensación de trabajadores y gestión de lesiones

What you need to know about this role

As an Process Safety Coordinator (PSM), you will work on implementing improvements in the area through projects, with a focus on a zero-incident culture and an optimal environmental footprint.

You will ensure that the facilities provided are well maintained, that regulations/procedures exist and are implemented, that hazard assessments are carried out, that accidents caused by unsafe acts and conditions are reduced, and that energy consumption and waste are minimized.

Your responsibilities will include

• Implementing projects and improvements in the production area focused on Process Safety management and continuous improvement in HSE.
• Leading the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of Process Safety standards, ensuring compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting and leading the cultural transformation in Process Safety and HSE to help the plant achieve Zero accidents and incidents related to process risks.
• Coordinating and overseeing the implementation of all Safety programs and processes, including Process Hazard Analysis (PHA/HAZOP) and Management of Change (MOC).
• Conducting and facilitating process risk assessments, ensuring that findings are documented, prioritized, and managed through to effective closure.
• Providing Safety expertise for all new projects, equipment/facility modifications, and Management of Change (MOC) activities, ensuring that risks are assessed prior to execution.
• Tracking non-conformities and PSM audit findings, and developing systems to resolve them.
• Maintaining an up-to-date process incident reporting system, leading the investigation of process incidents and near-misses together with the HSE pillar safety team/committee, and driving the completion of corrective actions to eliminate root causes and prevent recurrences.
• Coordinating and following up on internal and external safety audits, managing the resulting action plans until target compliance is achieved.
• Developing and maintaining process safety technical documentation (process safety information, operating procedures, among others), ensuring it remains current and accessible.
• Developing training programs and technical guidance on Process Safety to identify, assess, and control hazards associated with critical processes, materials, and equipment.
• Participating in investigations to facilitate the closure of non-conformities identified in PSM standards and regulatory inspections.

Position-specific requirements

• Engineering degree (required)
• Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, or similar areas within a production plant
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Intermediate proficiency in English
• Availability to work on a 100% on-site basis

• Work schedule: On-site, Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM
