Job Description
The Floor Attendant, under the direction of the Public Space Supervisor,is responsible formaintainingclean and attractive public and employee areas within the facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- -
- Deep clean, sanitize, andmaintainattractive front and back of house spaces
- -
- In observation or safety requirements, services assigned areas using provided chemicals and equipment according to established procedures
- -
- Perform other duties associated with public area housekeeping as assigned
- -
- Operate and keep clean equipment, which is used for sweeping, vacuuming, brushing, polishing, and more
- -
- Follow internal procedures for signing in and out equipment, radios, and master keys
- -
- Provide excellent customer service for our internal and external guests
- -
- Take responsibility for the cleanliness of public spaces
- -
- Recognize and respond to spills or other calls which require immediate attention
- -
- Use wet floor signs to ensure guest and employee safety around wet areas, spills, or other cleaning
- -
- Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifyingappropriate managersof concerns and observations
- -
- Demonstrate actions and behaviors that reinforce the Company’s Mission and Values.

- Ensure prompt and discreet notification to managers and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations
- -
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- -
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent is preferred
- -
- Previouscleaning experience and knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals is preferred
- -
- Mustpossessoutstanding guest service skills
- -
- Must be detail oriented
- -
- Must havehigh standardsof cleanliness
- -
- Must conduct yourselfin accordance withall Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida and departmental policies and procedures
