As the #1 Brand Experience Company in Golf, we're now looking for an Experiential Technician to become part of that team. Covering Southern Sweden, with a particular focus on Skåne, you'll deliver premium fitting experiences, support key retail and green grass accounts, and showcase the latest TaylorMade innovations through an exciting programme of fitting and experiential events.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering premium fitting and experiential events across Southern Sweden.
• Providing industry-leading custom fitting experiences that showcase the performance benefits of TaylorMade products.
• Partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to plan and execute impactful experiential programmes.
• Supporting key retail and green grass accounts through fitting events, product demonstrations and customer engagement activities.
• Using fitting technologies including TrackMan and GC Quad to help golfers optimise performance.
• Working with colleagues to maximise event attendance and create memorable customer experiences.
• Maintaining expert knowledge of current and future TaylorMade products and technologies.
• Gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve event effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Travelling extensively throughout the region and occasionally internationally.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within the golf industry and within custom fitting.
• Strong knowledge of golf equipment, club fitting and swing mechanics.
• Experience using launch monitor technology such as TrackMan and/or GC Quad.
• A passion for golf and a strong understanding of the game.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
• The ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

This position requires regular travel throughout Southern Sweden, particularly within the Skåne region, as well as occasional international travel. A full driving licence is essential.
