Recruiting Operations Manager

• Act as a primary owner for critical recruiting tools, workflows, and vendor relationships, ensuring they are efficient and compliant.
• Partner with HR Technology to configure systems, manage integrations, and implement automations that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
• Map, document, and optimize end-to-end recruiting processes, ensuring data integrity through audits, quality controls, and governance standards.

• Strong operational and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous goals into clear, prioritized execution plans
• Deep hands-on experience with recruiting and/or HRIS technologies (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Gem, or similar), including system configuration, integrations, and day-to-day use
• 5+ years of experience leading or executing complex Recruiting Operations or Talent Operations initiatives
• Proven ability to analyze recruiting data, surface insights, and solve complex problems independently
• A track record of influencing cross-functional partners and stakeholders at multiple levels to drive outcomes
