Senior Implementation Manager

You'll be the product expert and project owner, developing project plans and managing them to completion. • Act as a product expert and project owner to launch new clients on both the Studio and Da Vinci platforms.
• Develop project plans using industry standards and manage them through to completion, ensuring they meet a resolution.
• Build a strong rapport with new clients, show expertise, and earn trust to create a strong relationship.

• Hands-on experience with mobile messaging platforms is required, with strong SMS and MMS knowledge being essential; Push experience is also highly valued
• Experience with email service providers, cloud-based large data warehousing solutions, data lakes, and ETL processes is strongly preferred
• Strong technical affinity and the ability to quickly learn and use new technologies
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex topics for multiple audiences
• Proficiency with the technologies that underpin the modern web (HTML, JavaScript, APIs, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• 4+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience required
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
