Senior Accountant

Join our North America accounting team as a Senior Accountant. In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for key accounting responsibilities associated with the monthly and quarterly close, as well as the company's internal and external reporting requirements. You will work closely with multiple teams, support the analytics process, prepare for external audits, and contribute to process improvements. This role offers excellent exposure across a global, fast-paced technology business and is based in our Lexington, MA office on a hybrid schedule.

• BS in Accounting; CPA is desirable
• Experience with NetSuite is preferred. FloQast, Navan, and Xactly experience a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
• Software or other technology industry experience preferred
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take on various responsibilities
• 5+ years of related accounting experience
• Strong knowledge and experience with US GAAP
• Strong analytical, documentation, and oral communication skills
• Ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and automate financial processes
• Organized and thorough, with a desire for continuous improvement
