Senior Software Engineer (Product)

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer on the Product team, where you will design and build features that healthcare providers use daily. As an OpenAI portfolio company, you'll be at the forefront of AI advancements. In your first six months, you'll take ownership of meaningful product initiatives, shape the user experience, and ship high-quality code. You'll also lead product initiatives with high strategic value and maintain a high standard for the codebase. Candidates should have a strong product instinct, experience in modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure, and a demonstrated ability to own execution from inception to successful outcomes.

• Design and build features for healthcare providers, taking ownership of product initiatives from inception to production.
• Lead product initiatives with high strategic value, ensuring high-quality code and preventing technical debt.
• Collaborate with product and design partners to shape the user experience, leveraging advancements in AI.

• You're comfortable moving across the stack to take projects to the finish line, with solid experience in modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS/GCP, Postgres, Docker)
• You are a low-ego team player who prioritizes co-discovering the best ideas, even if they're not your own
• You have a strong product instinct — you think about the end user experience, not just the technical implementation
• You have a Bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent
• You thrive in environments with high levels of complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity
• You have a demonstrated ability to own execution from inception through to successful outcomes
• You value being a kind, encouraging, and supportive teammate
• You have 5+ years experience tackling challenging zero-to-one software engineering problems that have spanned multiple teams
