Legal Counsel

Join our London team as a Legal Counsel and play a key role in supporting our commercial, corporate, and regulatory workstreams as we expand rapidly across multiple jurisdictions. You will own deal flow, drive product forward, embed with the business, support UK and cross-border compliance, and build scalable infrastructure. • Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including MSAs, product order forms, and supplier/customer agreements.
• Translate legal and regulatory requirements into clear guidance for new product lines, ensuring compliance and launch readiness.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to various departments, helping teams navigate complex issues and make informed decisions.

• Enthusiasm for renewable energy, decentralisation, and technology-driven change
• Qualified solicitor in Ireland (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
