About The Role
Join our team as a C&B and Analytics Manager, where you will be responsible for the governance of Compensation & Benefits and the leadership of HR data, analytics, KPI management, and reporting. You will ensure the consistent and competitive application of compensation policies while developing reliable HR data and decision-support reporting. This role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, managing a HR Data Analyst, and promoting a data-driven HR culture.
- Déployer et améliorer en continu les politiques, processus et gouvernance de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux à l'échelle mondiale.
- Diriger la gouvernance des données RH, la qualité des données et les activités de gestion des données de référence.
- Définir et maintenir les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) RH et les normes de reporting.
